A Day at the Derby - Finish the Race
The gates are opening, the crowd is gathering, and Canyon Lake’s biggest underdog moment is ready to run.
Join us for A Day at the Derby, a Kentucky Derby–inspired fundraiser where tradition, community, and impact collide. This year, we’re racing toward something bigger than the finish line — completing the long-awaited upstairs of the CRRC Resource Center, a space envisioned years ago to serve our community… and left unfinished.
Now, it’s time to finish the race.

North Pole Village
Every December, CRRC of Canyon Lake transforms into a place of wonder and joy—our North Pole Village. For six magical nights, families come together to celebrate the season, children meet Santa, and every child leaves with free goodies like a book, a plush toy, and holiday cheer to carry home.
This free community event has become one of Canyon Lake’s most cherished holiday traditions. Last year, we welcomed over 2,000 attendees through our doors and into a Magical Holiday Wonderland, made possible by the incredible support of our volunteers and community.
North Pole Village truly captures the spirit of the season—bringing joy, laughter, and togetherness to families across Canyon Lake.
